If you travel by car from Burglauenen to Grindelwald, you cannot miss the large hall on the other side of the Lütschine. The new waste disposal yard in the Tschingeley has started operations. It replaces the 25-year-old temporary facility at the inert waste dump. So far, the enthusiasm for the 2.8 million hall has been great, says operator Urs Zumbrunn.
The neue Holzbau AG was able to supply the engineering and the primary supporting structure for this waste disposal site.
