Together with the Institute of Civil Engineering (IBI) at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, we have launched an innovation promotion project to meet the new requirements in timber construction. One component of our now extensive collection of GSA solutions is the wood-concrete composite system. Our project will further develop this system and transform it into a prefabricated component. Thus, concrete is no longer poured on the construction site, but in the factory. The aim is to be able to install the ceilings as prefabricated elements on the construction site at the same technical level and at a marketable price.
