Considering fast-fast

The regionally anchored Gotthard service station in Erstfeld was completely renovated
“We see the service area as an interface between the flow of traffic to the south and the river Reuss right next door,” architect Daniel Lischer explains the concept,
which offers a clear view of the surroundings in every direction. The stone floors consist of Reusskies from Uri, the architects used white fir from the Napf region as wood. “«Longevity
and value of the materials were very important to us,” says Lischer.
Over time, the façade wood should get a patina like a normal wooden house and darken so that it fits even better into its surroundings.
